Dangerously Intense Wrestling, the Philadelphia wrestling juggernaut has found a new home in ARIZONA Providing the best in American, Lucha and Japanese style wrestling, DIW has resurfaced in Arizona and is ready to set the valley on fire!
DIW promises to bring the fans what they want. Wrestling! Packed with drama, action and total intensity....
Why Are We Different? DIW is trying something new, we want wrestling without the drama, without the politics, without the crybaby bullshit that has plagued this state for years now.
DIW wants to show the fans that wrestling can be fun!
DIW will feature mostly up and coming wrestlers, rookies, and guys with limited exposure yet. Some of these guys have been around the block and have not got a real shot yet... some of them are rookies looking to hone skills before moving on to greatness and some just love wrestling and want to avoid ego's and politics.
Any wrestler, local or not, is able to come to DIW (with notice!) and tryout, give us your best... we dont judge, we dont disrespect, if you need work, someone will tell you and you will be welcome to join our workouts on Thursday *$5.00 mat fee* and get your skills up. We however do not train new wrestlers at this time... However, I can give you the number to some great trainers that are local!
Social Networking: We believe that our fans are smart enough to realize that social networking is the wave of the present, and although some will argue that it kills kayfabe, we would like to think that our fans are smart enough to realize that The Nordic Nightmare is not really a viking, but also suspend belief enough to enjoy the show and action! So log onto our facebook pages and twitter pages and be exposed to the reality show that is our lives.
In the end, DIW wants nothing more than to be a great INDY SHOW, we dont have delusions of being the next WWE or IMPACT, we dont claim to be the next PWG or ROH.... we are here to entertain, we are here to help (charity shows), we are here to have fun................ YOU"VE BEEN WARNED.
